The villa is decorated in earthy tones and punches of red, with a careful mix of traditional furniture and modern designs. The standout feature of the villa is the gorgeous 20-meter beachfront infinity pool and heated Jacuzzi.

PAYMENT TERMS

*Rates are subject to 15.5% government tax and service charge.
Payments of 50 % rental deposit must be received to guarantee the reservation.
Final (remaining) payment must be received at least 30 days prior to check in.
Bookings which are done within 60 days prior arrival require full payment.

Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:

•Cancellation of one or more days of a booking;
•An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking;
•Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (e.g. Passports or suitable identification); and
•Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of the Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest’s chosen Property.
