Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement. No pets are allowed unless agreed in writing in advance.

Nyepi Religious Day
Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on below dates. The Nyepi (Silent) Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it starts at 6 AM that day and finishes 6 AM the following day. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 25 March 2020, and 14 March 2021.

Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
•Cancellation of one or more days of a booking;
•An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking;
•Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (e.g. Passports or suitable identification); and
•Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of the Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest’s chosen Property.
