Villa Matahari is situated amidst the verdant rice fields of Umalas which is near Canggu as well as trendy Seminyak. The one-bedroom haven is part of a larger estate, Villa M Bali, that houses eight one or two-bedroom holiday villa rentals that are affordable and conveniently located. Although you have beaches, restaurants, clubs, and shops right at your doorstep, even indoors you have a bunch of activities, amenities, and facilities that are bound to make your stay worthwhile. Outdoor and Pool Area

Bordered by walled gardens that are awash with tropical nature, the 7-metre, mosaic-tiled swimming pool and the villa yard provide a nice and refreshing spot for a breather where guests have the luxury to doze off under the tropical sun or simply lounge with a drink in hand. There are sun chairs placed on the deck adjoining the swimming pool for relaxation, and you can even lie back in the Jacuzzi for an excellent and worthwhile water therapy

Living Area

The single-storey Villa Matahari is wrapped around the swimming pool and so the living area, albeit cosy and small, offers direct access to both the swimming pool as well as the pool deck through separate doorways. This space is ideal for two people who wish to relax in their private sanctuary while enjoying the tropical breeze flowing in through the large windows. A comfortable sofa, coffee table, and a chair are found in the room featuring a weathered, stylish exterior. A rustic cabinet sits beside the sofa with beautiful artefacts while the wall is donned by a welded mirror. There is a flat-screen TV in the air-conditioned room for your enjoyment.

Guests of Villa Matahari are at an advantage as they can either call in for their food using the extensive, gourmet menu offering delicious Balinese and international food, or choose to dine at Kubera Lounge, an open dining pavilion with special dietary menus for everyone!

Bedroom

Housed under a traditional wooden ceiling, the master bedroom at Villa Matahari has been furnished with a deluxe, king-sized bed and the wooden furniture is all weathered and washed-off. A trunk sits comfortably at the bed’s foot, and the back wall is graced with framed mirrors. The living room is adjacent to the master bedroom connected via an open-arch transforming both rooms into one big space to be enjoyed. Sliding glass doors in the bedrooms lead directly to the swimming pool for a quicker way to get to the pool.

The bedroom is air-conditioned and even accompanied by an en-suite bathroom that is opulent in its own right. Also featuring sliding glass doors to the pool, the bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and other necessary amenities.

Staff and Services

The villa is part of Villa M Bali thus, guests can make use of the extensive amenities that are being offered. The services of a villa manager, personal butlers, and housekeepers are available to guests and if you wish a chauffeur-driven car can be arranged at a special cost.

With the best location in town, Villa Matahari puts you close to most of the amazing spots on Bali as it is found in the centre of Seminyak and Canggu. There is Batu Belig beach in the vicinity for a laidback beach day lounging on its sandy shores. Head to the beach clubs like Ku De Ta and Potato Head while the sun sets so you can drink and dance to the beautiful hued skies! Restaurants like Metis and Sardine are excellent dining spots.
