Tucked away in one of the popular streets of Seminyak, close to rice fields and famous restaurants, Villa Iluh is an elegant six-bedroom holiday villa part of the Abaca Villa estate. If you’re travelling for a private event like a wedding, you have the option to rent out the neighbouring Villa Kadek, Villa Nyoman, and Villa Ketut as well! Featuring a pastiche of traditional décor, the villa favours cultural minimalism over modern chaos. The beautiful home gives off a welcoming vibe to guests and the massive swimming pool is testament to that. A mix of the old and new, this would be the perfect place for a tropical getaway with friends and family!

Outdoor and Pool area

Lush gardens have been manicured to a tee, palm trees that fringe the 16-metre swimming pool dance in the wind, and Balinese parasols stand tall on the edge to provide a pleasing and rejuvenating space where guests can splash around or lounge on the sunbeds for some relaxation. The blue skies are littered with cotton candy clouds and as you float on the pool’s surface you can breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the view! On the porch to the living area there are garden chairs that are great for morning or evening tea as well.

Living Areas

On first glance, earthy colours will draw you inside the living room that is open-sided and sits majestically beside the swimming pool. There are browns and whites, antique wood cabinets and armoires, lounge chairs with woven upholstery, and a collection of knick-knacks that are intriguing and beautiful. A statement chandelier hangs from the ceiling while the fans air out the room more so due to the fresh breeze. Comfortable sofas flanked by boho-chic side tables are there for you to rest on while enjoying a view of the garden.

Under the traditional, alang-alang ceiling also stands the unique dining table carved out of a single piece of wood for a rustic addition to the room. Another low-floor dining or lounge table has been set up with low-lying chairs in the living room. There are ample chairs for everyone not to mention the breakfast bar with bar stools. The kitchen is fully-equipped with modern appliances and amenities that are important in case you have a midnight craving for some ramen and popcorn!

Bedrooms

With six bedrooms, Villa Iluh is the ideal destination for a private party like a birthday celebration or a long overdue family get-together. Found across the swimming pool are three of the bedrooms in one pavilion, one being the master suite. Another is found upstairs above the main living area, and two are located in an individual pavilion adjacent to each other. The sixth bedroom is tucked away in a traditional joglo with twin beds, and all-wood interiors for an authentic, Balinese vibe. A mix of king-sized, queen-sized, and single beds grace the rooms, each one more comfortable than the last.

The bedrooms are spacious, decorated with traditional pieces, pottery, artwork, and a selection of antiques. Lounge chairs, desks, and dressing areas can be found in the bedrooms. The en-suite bathrooms are equally spacious featuring natural stone basins and counters, terrazzo or stone walls, and necessary amenities.

Staff & Services

With an excellent team looking after you including housekeepers, butlers, security staff, pool/ garden maintenance, etc. you can take it easy and just sit back. Enjoy a BBQ arranged by the staff for a wonderful afternoon with loved ones. Massages can be arranged upon request and you can rent a car to drive around Seminyak. A personal chef can be appointed for a culinary treat every day!

Around Villa Iluh

The villa is situated amidst the best of Seminyak including restaurants like Metis and Sardine that draw large crowds. Petitenget beach and Batu Belig beach are the closest to the villas, each offering its unique fun ways to spend time with ancient temples and beach clubs like Ku De Ta and Potato Head.
