Spanning 6,000 sq. ft. across 5 bedrooms (3 king suites, 1 queen and 1 twin bedroom) and 5.5 baths, this home not only a large infinity pool, but also a private tennis court. Walking through the front door of this home offers a true wow-factor view of the Caribbean beyond the infinity pool for an unforgettable first impression. Architectural amenities include travertine marble floors, mahogany paneling, shutters and window treatments.
This villa will have you feeling at home. There are two living areas: one on each floor and a second floor railed balcony with pergola accessible from three of the bedroom suites and upper great room with vaulted ceiling. A large thatched cabana on the beach with hammock will beckon those needing an afternoon nap. Children can comb the shoreline in each direction looking for crabs, lizards, and seaglass. It would be rare to see a soul on the beach with the exception of your immediate neighbor to the west. Access to this stretch of beach is very limited.
Pease Bay House’s Notable Features
The sunsets to the west leave the 4 oceanfront bedrooms, pool deck and kitchen of the house in the morning shade for late sleepers or breakfast/coffee outdoors for the early risers. A wonderful way to start the day in paradise.
Downstairs living area opens onto the pool deck and features an upright piano; second floor living area has three slipcovered couches and opens onto the balcony.
The kitchen is truly a foodie’s playground with warming drawers, 3 Sub Zero Fridge units, dual Miele dishwashers, large commercial grade range with double oven and hood, and plenty of counter space. Many of our guests will hire a private chef or cook for at least one memorable dinner.

Pease Bay House is only 10-12 minutes from the Countryside Shopping Plaza in Savannah, home to a large modern supermarket (Fosters) as well as a medical clinic/pharmacy, wine shop, fitness center, large hardware store and of course casual places to eat as well. The famous Lighthouse Restaurant is only 5 minutes drive to the east. The Lighthouse offers a wonderful oceanfront screened dining room, open-air dock dining as well as a private wine room for a celebration dinner. They have uniformed waitstaff, a solid wine list and famous beignets for dessert, as well as take-out pizzas for the kids.
This is a non-smoking villa. No pets permitted. Maid service provided twice a week by the owner. Daily maid service available on request.
Tennis rackets and balls available upon request. Complimentary baby crib and high chair can be provided.
Owner requests no weddings or events that involve guests not staying at the home.
While Grand Cayman is only 22 miles wide, some guests prefer to be closer to Georgetown and Seven Mile Beach for day trips. Pease Bay House is only 20-25 minutes from Georgetown and the more crowded beaches on the west coast of the island.
The villa enjoys a sandy beach area, however, guests need to be mindful that this is a marine habitat and wear pool shoes or fins for foot protection. The south of the island usually enjoys a pleasant gentle breeze that keeps any insects at bay minimizing the need for a screened porch.
Snorkeling here can be very rewarding. While the protective coral reef is about 300 yards off shore, there are many small coralheads and patches of turtle grass just steps off the beach! Please try not to touch or take any living thing from the water.
The pool and beach face southwest, offering serene sunsets as well as watching the illuminated cruise ships leave George Town in the evening, headed for Jamaica or points east.
