Ocean Kai was recently built on the oceanfront in Cayman Kai. Spanning over 5,500 sq ft of lofty living space, with tall ceilings and open concept design, Ocean Kai sleeps 10 guests across 5 bedrooms each with private ensuite bath.

Upon entering the great room there is an immediate wow factor as your eyes take in the ocean views through a wall of glass doors and windows looking out over the pool deck. The open design living area has a cathedral ceiling accentuating the home’s size and grandeur. A mezzanine floor with glass railings serves as a media room and has the best elevated ocean views throughout the entire home.

A wide oceanfront veranda overlooks an enormous 38′ private pool with steps leading down to your own sandy beach. The veranda is furnished with plush sectional seating and an outdoor dining area.

Three of Ocean Kai’s five bedroom suites are oceanfront with french doors opening to the veranda and pool deck. The east master suite features a king size four poster bed and ensuite bath with double vanity, large soaking bathtub and separate walk-in shower. The west master suite comes furnished with a king size sleigh bed and ensuite bath with double vanity and enormous walk-in shower. The middle bedroom suite also comes furnished with a king bed and ensuite bath with dual vanity, large bathtub and separate shower. Towards the front of the house along the west wing is the queen master bedroom with sleigh bed and ensuite bath with dual vanity, large soaking tub, and separate shower. On the east wing at the front of the house is a twin suite with double twin beds and ensuite bath with walk-in shower.

Ocean Kai’s kitchen is a vacationing chef’s paradise. Featuring marble granite countertops, all-white cabinets, and stainless steel appliances guests can whip up a home-cooked meal, or hire a private chef for dinner duty. Dishes, cookware, cutlery, and utensils all come provided. Guests can choose to eat in the formal dining room, or step out onto the veranda for a night of al fresco dining. A propane grill is also available off the pool deck for island cookouts.

*2 Silver Thatch tandem kayaks located on property for discounted guest rental. Signed waiver and 5 day minimum required with 6th and 7th day free: US$39 per day per kayak, $195 per week.

Taxes and Fees

13% CI Government Occupancy Tax added to all rates
10% Guest Service Fee includes Silver Thatch Membership. Guest Service Fee is capped at 7 days maximum for extended stays.

Booking Rules

Owner requires a refundable cleaning and damages deposit of $2,500.
5 nights minimum stay required.
7 nights minimum and full occupancy rate required over Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s week.
Additional surcharge of $325/night added for Thanksgiving week.
Villa accommodates 10 adults maximum.
Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.
Owner requests guests do not smoke inside the house or on the screened porch.
