Welcome to Blue Horizon, a newly-built 2,200 square foot oceanfront villa located on Grand Cayman’s north shore. This ultramodern masterpiece balances stunning interiors with captivating ocean views to create an unforgettable vacation experience.
The living room’s floor-to-ceiling glass is sure to catch your eye and leave you breathless with turquoise sea views stretching out across the horizon.
The stunning silver kitchen sparkles with a vibrant backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and marble countertops. This contemporary kitchen is equipped with an infrared grill, wine fridge, coffee makers, and everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. The elegant dining table seats six comfortably with both ocean and garden views.

Master Suite — ocean views, king orthopedic bed, day sofa, HDTV, sliding door access to the pool deck, and ensuite bath with walk-in shower and soaking tub.
Guest Suite — garden views, king orthopedic bed, HDTV, and ensuite bath with a walk-in shower.
Guest Bedroom — garden views, two twin beds, HDTV, hall bath with a walk-in shower. Twin beds cannot be made up as a king.
The villa’s outdoor areas accentuate the best of beachfront living. With no immediate neighbors on either side, guests can experience seclusion among the tropical elements. A gorgeous mosaic-tiled pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea offers a retreat from the heat while the sectional sofa under the veranda provides the perfect spot for lounging and relaxing.
The beach here is pebbly and not sandy. The shallows are vibrant with marine life providing amazing snorkeling for active guests. You will need pool shoes or snorkeling fins for foot protection when entering the water. One of the best scuba-diving sites on the island (Babylon) can be found in the villa’s backyard.

All beaches in Cayman are technically public, so if guests wish that experience, we have great sandy beaches just a short drive away at two water sports resorts that are open to non-guests.
Tukka, The Italian Kitchen and Over the Edge Restaurant are a few of our favorite restaurants and only a short drive away. One notable attraction nearby (5 minute walk) is the Crystal Caves. This incredible series of walkable caves is a great family activity that everyone will love.

With a central location on the island, the homes in Old Man Bay offer perhaps the best shore diving and snorkeling on all of Grand Cayman. The beaches are mostly sand, but can also be pebbly with natural rock formations. Either way, with the varied marine life we have in the water, you must wear pool shoes or fins for foot protection.
The beaches here offer great seashell collecting and turtle sightings in summer! Old Man Bay is only 5 minutes from 2 large resorts in the east end (Morritt’s and The Reef) that offer manicured beaches as well as restaurants, a modern grocery store, liquor store, gift shops, a Subway sandwich shop, and a cafe/pastry shop. Cayman Crystal Caves is also located in Old Man Bay.
Heading west, the “Caboose” is a local restaurant within a mile, and Over the Edge restaurant is about one mile away. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner at reasonable prices.
About 15 minutes to the west of Old Man Bay is the famous Rum Point Club with water sports, restaurant and bar, a gift shop, and a barefoot beach with table service.
General Grand Cayman Beach Notes
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically “public” since the Queen owns up to the high water mark and the shoreline quality behind your property may vary seasonally. Be advised that the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website because of the weather. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.
Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency in recent years. Although sargassum is an unsightly nuisance, it is largely seasonal in summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival.
Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation. We try our best to work around mother nature.
