All Beachcomber condos are maintained to perfection with direct access to 7 Mile Beach. This oceanfront fourth floor unit features expansive living space, 3 bedrooms (2 king beds, and 1 queen with twin bed) with en-suite baths, a private full-width screened terrace, and satellite TV’s in the living room and bedrooms. All units are non-smoking, include a separate laundry room with washer and dryer, and complimentary WiFi. Additional amenities inclue daily maid service (except Sundays and holidays), a fitness center, free underground parking, an elevator, beachfront grills, and plenty of loungers, umbrellas and towels for guests.
The Beachcomber offers both luxury and convenience. Enjoy the heated oceanfront infinity-edge pool along with two 10′ diameter whirlpool spas. Palm trees and cabanas dot the landscaped grounds, so you’ll always find space to spread out at the Beachcomber.
The luxuriously over-sized oceanfront condos at the Beachcomber range from 1,800 to 3,200 square feet. Each offers a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, central air conditioning, cool tiled floors, and panoramic ocean views. Most units have screened panels for their balcony or patio and some larger units also have an open-air sundeck.
Inside the oceanfront apartments, the housekeeping staff ensures the Beachcomber competes with the best 5-Star hotels offering fancy soaps, terry cloth robes, hair dryers, high chairs, pack-n-plays, and an ipod docking station.
Beachcomber condos are within walking distance to popular local restaurants and bars, giving you the option to walk to dinner, or go out for drinks after a day of lounging on 7 Mile Beach. A fitness center and proximity to watersports, golf, fishing, and many nearby dining choices make the Beachcomber Grand Cayman a great destination for both families and larger groups.

US$500 Security Deposit is applied with final balance. Security Deposit refunded upon guest’s departure after inspection of unit.

If your plans change and you need to cancel, please advise us immediately. Cancellations are free of fees if done within 48 hours of your original booking. Cancellations made more than 48 hours after booking, but well in advance (as below), will have their deposit refunded less a $200 processing fee:
Summer Season: April 16 – December 14. Cancel 60 days or more prior to arrival for a full refund, less a $200 processing fee.
Thanksgiving: November 20 – 30. Cancel 90 days or more prior to arrival for a full refund, less a $200 processing fee.
Winter Season: January 5 – April 15. Cancel 90 days or more prior to arrival for a full refund, less a $200 processing fee.
Holiday Season: December 16 -January 4. Cancel 120 days or more prior to arrival for a full refund, less a $200 processing fee.
If cancellation is made on shorter notice than above, the deposit will be forfeited. No refunds for shortened stays within the cancellation period.
