Suite Hub puts our customer’s security and time first. We want every process of your vacation to go smoothly and without stress, isn’t that the point of a vacation, that’s why we never add any fee’s to our guests! The price you see is the price you’re paying, plus taxes if applicable.

Hosts – We charge our hosts a fee of 10%, our business model is such that we never will add fees to your guests/customers, we always work out/take out the service fees with our hosts, so please set your prices accordingly.

*This is only for unverified properties of which there are none as of right now on Payouts to hosts are made 24 hours after the guests check in time & date. For brand new hosts Suite Hub has the discretion to hold funds for up to 48 hours after guests check-in.

Guests – We collect 50% of the full payment at the time of booking (unless a different % is stated in the listing then we will send an updated invoice immediately after receiving your request). The remaining balance is worked out between the host and guest, please see each individual hosts property page to see their rules regarding when full payment is due. Taxes are generally added to the full daily price but note that some hosts have chosen to not add taxes into the price, if that is the case it will be clearly stated in the listing description so please read all listing descriptions.

Note that Suite Hub will mediate if/when necessary and has the final say in all disputes.

Cancellation terms are set by each property owner (if none are set then the site standard applies), the site has a standard that is as follows:

Full refund if cancellation is within 24 hours (including cleaning fees, deposits and service fees)

If a booking is canceled after the 24 hour period and up to 60 days prior to check-in date a 50% refund of accommodation fees will be issued

If a booking is canceled between 60 days prior to check-in and 30 days prior to check-in a 25% refund of accommodations fees will be issued

If a booking is canceled between 30 days prior to check-in and the check-in date no refund will be issued

Note : Suite Hub and it’s hosts will always work together and do our best to resolve any problem or dispute, Suite Hub has it’s customers in mind…all the time!

Please all guests if there are ever any problems with your vacation property or booking when you arrive at your destination email us at within 24 hours of your arrival!

We offer multiple payment options, all payments must be made in USD

Stripe- With Stripe you can also pay with Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards! They even offer Apple Pay, Google Pay, Microsoft Pay and many many more payment options through Stripe.

PayPal- Paypal also has a few great options like PayPal credit, so you can buy now and pay over time with that option through PayPal in our checkout. They also offer Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as payment direct from your PayPal account if you have one.

SuiteHub Points – Our Point system is geared towards our goal which is constant customer satisfaction! When you purchase a vacation on you (the guest/vacationer) will receive SuiteHub Points to use towards your next vacation with us!
